Square Acres is a real estate consultancy offering property buying and selling assistance, rental and leasing services, investment consulting, and property management, primarily across Mumbai and Pune, with presence in other cities. We act as an intermediary and advisory service connecting clients with property opportunities, developers, and related service providers.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our enquiry forms
• Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or unauthorised advertising
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, data, or the Site's underlying code
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that property listings, pricing, availability, and project details displayed on the Site are accurate and up to date. However:

• Prices, availability, specifications, and offers are subject to change without notice and are ultimately determined by the respective developers or property owners
• Listings are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer, guarantee, or contract
• Images used for representative listings may be conceptual, illustrative, or sourced from developer marketing material and may not reflect exact current conditions
• We encourage clients to independently verify all details, including title, legal status, and pricing, before making any purchase, rental, or investment decision

Square Acres provides real estate consultancy and advisory services. Nothing on the Site or communicated by our team constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. We recommend that clients consult with a qualified lawyer, chartered accountant, or financial advisor before entering into any property transaction.

When you submit an enquiry form, request a consultation, or book a site visit, you authorise Square Acres and, where relevant, our developer or builder partners, to contact you using the details you provide, in order to respond to your request. Submitting an enquiry does not create any binding obligation on either party to proceed with a transaction.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Square Acres or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

The Site may reference or link to third-party developers, builders, and service providers. Square Acres does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Any dealings you have with developers, builders, or other third parties referenced on the Site are solely between you and that third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Square Acres shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, reliance on listing information, or any transaction entered into with a third-party developer, builder, or service provider. You agree to indemnify and hold Square Acres, its directors, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
